Working at Monarch Marketing Group is about more than just a job. It is a way of life – a family. We are a close-knit group of individuals who spend the majority of our time together.
Sure, there are perks to working with us, like company lunches, the occasional free pedicure, and some awesome Christmas parties, but more than that, if you work with us, you are guaranteed top-notch experience that is unbeatable.
If you think that you would be a good addition to our family, we would love to learn more about you and what you can bring to the team.
We are not currently hiring any full-time positions, but we are always looking for great resumes to keep on file. We never know when we are one additional client away from needing to add on to our awesome team. For future consideration, please also email firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
We love interns, but more importantly interns love us! We’ve worked with colleges from all over to create a meaningful internship for college students. We are always accepting interns! Our internships are available year-round, and we can work with your schedule to make sure that you are getting your required hours in for college credit.
What Will I Learn?
At Monarch, we involve our interns in every aspect of research, planning, and the media buying process – from negotiating rates to conducting post-buys. Interns also join us for meetings with reps and clients for experience but also for networking opportunities. Through a one-on-one program we call “Media 101,” we train our interns in all different types of media. This provides an intern indoctrination into the vast world of media.
Q - Am I qualified to apply?
We accept interns that are either juniors or senior in college. While preference is given to interns currently majoring in some form of advertising/media, if you are interested in media and want to learn more, please apply.
Q - Is this a paid internship?
No, this is an unpaid internship.
Q - How many hours a week should I plan on?
Dependent upon the class requirement, most students average between 10-20 hours a week.
